RI Reception

 If you are attending the Rhode Island reception, please mark your calendars for:

Friday, August 19th 4-7 P.M.

This will be a casual outdoors event at the RISD Tillinghast Farm in Barrington, Rhode Island. There is a small bayside beach, so feel free to bring swim gear. We will have lots of seafood and drinks! Come hungry!


You might consider bringing:
beach blanket (or towel)
camping chairs
a change of clothes (if you plan to swim)


There is no lifeguard, so if you or your family plan to swim, please be prepared.


Directions to Tillinghast Farm:


from I-95 North or South:


follow signs to I-195 E


take exit 7 (Seekonk-Barrington) and bear right onto Route 114 South


follow this road for about 7 miles- at the 2nd stop light merge right onto Runstick Road drive 1/2 a mile and turn right onto Nayatt Road-   drive about a mile and the entrance to Tillinghast Farm marked by a sign on the left- park in the dirt parking lot left of the PRIVATE sign
